What happens in individual therapy?
During your first session, your therapist will get to know you, your goals, and what brought you to therapy. From there, you’ll work together to uncover patterns, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop new ways of thinking and coping. Sessions are always collaborative and guided by your needs and pace.
Sessions are available both in-person at 1200 W 35th Street, Chicago, IL, and via secure telehealth statewide in Illinois.
Rooted in empathy. Backed by evidence.
Our clinicians use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and trauma-informed care. Whether you need tools to manage anxiety or want to explore deeper patterns, we adapt our methods to meet your needs in a warm, nonjudgmental environment.
